Possible Articles that could be in the magazine could feature things like:

Upcoming Previews of Movies

• This would include brief previewd of movies that are due to be coming out in the near future, it could feature a summary of the storyline, pictures that have been released of it and/or an interview with the director or starring actor.

Upcoming Previews of Video Games

• This could be a feature where games that will be coming out in the future will be mentioned in the magazine. This would be similar to the above movie section, it would include shots of footage in the game, a summary of the plot etc.

Research into Centre page spreads

Here are some summaries of what centre page spreads are, I 'googled' the term 'Centre Page Spread' and here are some things that i have found out:

"Centre page - A spread in the center of a magazine, where the two pages are one physical piece of paper"

Examples of Centre Page Spreads from the internet:

I think i understand after doing more research that a centre page spread is a page at the centre of a magazine, that usually features one large picture or a couple of big pictures on one side, namely the left hand side, and the information that accompanies it, is on the opposite site. So from this i can think that the centre page could be the start of a 'review' of the movie that i have made up, with an 'official' picture of the movie on the left side and the information starts on the right, which could have small pictures that could help the reader understand what is being said in the type. It could also be a form of poster, that can be pulled out since they are the same page.

So with my centre page spread, i could have the whole left hand side of the spread, covered by the image of the movie and on the right hand side, will be the information about it which is most likely going to be a review of the movie that i came up with.
